John Carter of Mars

This is a companion piece to Tarzan in the Lost City, painted for the same client. This one took even longer to paint and the two point perspective was a challenge. It does give a sense of scale though. I was also pleased with the steampunk feel to parts of the image. This was something I only decided on towards the end of the process but I think it's appropriate for Martian technology.
