The Scarlet Gospels; Origami Birds
One of the illustrations for The Scarlet Gospels by Clive Barker, published by Earthling. Pinhead is one of the classic monsters and it was lovely to have a crack at him. You'll have to read the book to find out what's going on with the birds.
