A Star book cover for a novel by Poul Anderson.
One of my occasional early forays into Science Fiction. I was more interested in the figure than the hardware, which was pretty much against the general feeling of the time and, I think, remains so.
Also used on the cover of Armageddon, a collection of SF stories published by Tor and edited by J.E. Pournelle and on a French paperback cover. It found its way onto a Polish cover too.
