A Voice in the Night
Painting for the cover of A Voice in the Night by Jack McDevitt, published by Subterranean Press. I'd never read any Jack McDevitt so it was a nice surprise to read his thoughtful stories. The painting is loosely based on one of them. I wasn't sure about the minimal colour scheme to begin with but it turned out very well and Subterranean's designer has done a lovely job.
