This was commissioned by USA publisher Ace for a novel by Mark Sonders. It was never used for that purpose but found its way onto a French paperback and a German magazine. It was also used on a Fighting Fantasy Battle Card "Deathweb Spider" and on the Target Games Kult Inferno game card "Stained"
