Iron Council Illustrated
This is my cover painting for the Subterranean Press illustrated edition of Iron Council by China Mieville. There are also five interior illustrations. Although the train obviously had to go on the cover I felt the whole train should never be seen as it should be a bit mysterious. China never really specifies the size of the train so I felt I could make it huge and just show a part of it.
