This artwork is for the endpapers of Nona the Ninth the third book in the Locked Tomb series by Tamsyn Muir. The endpaper paintings for the previous two books in the series featured swords and I wanted to continue the theme but in the end felt that swords wouldn't be appropriate for this story.
