If you're a Clark Ashton Smith fan you might recognise the title. The painting wound up a long way from its inspiration however, a bit like The Isle of the Torturers. I was intrigued by the idea of the isolated tomb although I don't think this is quite what CAS had in mind. I like the idea of the female knight; maybe I can give her some more adventures.
