Painted for the cover of a Fighting Fantasy book by Steve Jackson and Ian Livingstone, published by Puffin and used on the French edition. It was also used on The Mammoth Book of Vampires, edited by Stephen Jones and published by Robinson.
Your classic vampire with widow's peak, billowing cloak and evening dress. If you see someone dressed like this run the other way.
