This was done for a story by Mike Ziniti called Right to Life in the book In Mint Condition, which was published by Ambannon Books. The profits went to the Haven Foundation, a charity established by Stephen King to provide financial assistance to freelance writers who have fallen on hard times due to illness or injury. Not the sort of commission you can turn down really.
