I rather enjoy working in Black and White like this, although, just to be pedantic, it's actually Indigo and White. Aren't you glad you know that now? People tend to assume that it's quicker to work this way but I don't find it so.
Also used on the cover of the British Fantasy Society's edition of Cinema Macabre, edited by Mark Morris.
